EMCIS 2026 Conference Highlights

AI & Creativity Lab

We are thrilled to feature an exclusive exploration of the AI & Creativity Lab, a pioneering space where cutting-edge technology meets the limitless bounds of artistic expression. During this visit, attendees will discover how Ynov is harnessing generative artificial intelligence to revolutionize the creative process, moving beyond automation to treat AI as a powerful collaborative partner for designers, artists, and innovators. You will witness firsthand how students leverage these tools to push the boundaries of visual arts, storytelling, and digital design, transforming abstract concepts into high-fidelity reality. This highlight offers a unique perspective on the future of the creative industries, demonstrating how the mastery of AI tools empowers the next generation to amplify their vision and redefine the “possible.”

Cyber war room experience & simulation

A definitive highlight of this year’s conference is an exclusive, guided tour of Ynov state-of-the-art Cyber War Room. Far beyond a traditional classroom, this high-tech environment functions as a live Security Operations Center (SOC), where the next generation of experts defends against sophisticated digital threats in real-time. Participants will get a firsthand look at the high-stakes world of incident response, observing how Ynov students utilize professional-grade tools to detect, analyze, and neutralize simulated large-scale cyberattacks. This immersive visit offers a rare glimpse into the “Learning by Doing” philosophy that defines Ynov, showcasing the critical synergy between advanced technical infrastructure and the rapid-fire decision-making required in a modern crisis.

Command & Code Hackathon: 48 Hours. Three Tracks. Infinite Impact.

EMCIS 2026 offers a 48-hour multi-track challenge across three cutting-edge domains: AI & Agent Orchestration, Cybersecurity, and Defense & Dual-Use Technology. Collaborate, innovate, and develop solutions that push the boundaries of technology and impact real-world problems.

  • AI, automation and agent orchestration: Our first hackathon brings together participants to design and prototype AI systems for automation and agent orchestration, emphasizing autonomous decision-making, coordination, and workflow integration. The event highlights rigorous system design, practical experimentation, and real-world applicability.
  • Cybersecurity: This track focuses on the design and prototyping of cybersecurity systems and automated defenses, including threat detection, incident response, secure architectures, and system resilience. Participants will develop and evaluate practical solutions grounded in sound security principles and real-world deployment considerations.
  • Defense and Dual Use Technology: A mission-driven challenge bringing together innovators to build technologies with both civilian and defense impact. Participants will tackle real-world challenges in areas like security, resilience, AI, robotics, and advanced systems, creating solutions that strengthen national defense while delivering scalable benefits for society. In this challenge teams develop functional prototypes addressing modern security and defense needs.
  • Global online Cyber Game: The Online Cyber Game is a global, remote-access competition designed to identify the world’s elite cybersecurity talent. Participants first navigate a rigorous qualifying round, with only the top ten scorers advancing to a high-octane, one-hour live final on August 28th. This sprint-style format tests technical mastery in areas like cryptography and reverse engineering under intense time pressure. It offers a unique platform for experts to prove their skills on a world stage without the need for travel.
