Registration

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically. The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Registration Steps

  • Create an “EasyConferences” account through www.easyconferences.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
  • Log into LINK TBA and create your EMCIS 2026 registration order form
  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method

Paper Presentation & Publication Policy

  • Registration requirement: to ensure inclusion in the conference program and the official proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must register at the Presenting Author rate (Academic, industry or student).
  • Package Integrity: the presenting author registration is a comprehensive package that covers paper peer-review, technical processing, and presentation logistics. We are unable to offer discounts, partial refunds, or “a-la-carte” pricing for authors who choose not to attend the conference dinner or other included items.
  • Maximum two papers per registration: each Presenting Author registration covers the presentation and publication of maximum (2) paper. Authors presenting multiple papers may be subject to an additional “Extra Paper Fee.”

 

Accompanying Persons & Social Events: we welcome guests and family members of our attendees. While they may not wish to attend the academic sessions, they are welcome to join us for our social program.

  • Extra Dinner Tickets: non-Presenting Participants and accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the conference dinner through the registration portal.
  • Price:
    • Early Bird (until June 30, 2026): € 150
    • Regular (from July 1, 2026): € 190
    • Availability: tickets are limited and subject to availability.
    • Deadline: please note that dinner tickets cannot be purchased after [TBA] to ensure accurate catering.
  • Lunch/Coffee Breaks: access to daily lunches and coffee breaks is reserved for registered conference participants only.
